Refund Policy

Effective Date: 8/1/25

Valhalla Defense Group (“Valhalla Defense Group,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides firearms training and related services through its website, located at valhalladefensegroup.com, and through in-person instruction. This Refund Policy applies to all registrations, purchases, deposits, and payments made online or directly through the Company.

1. General Policy (Florida)

All course fees, deposits, and payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or where required by applicable Florida or federal law.

By completing an online booking or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy at the time of purchase.

2. Public Training Courses

2.1 Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations requested more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled course date may be eligible for a course credit, issued at the sole discretion of Valhalla Defense Group.

  • Cancellations requested within seven (7) calendar days of the course date, failure to appear, or late arrival resulting in inability to participate will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Credits, if issued:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Have no cash value

  • Must be used within six (6) months of issuance

  • May be applied only to eligible public courses

3. Private Instruction and Customized Training

All fees for private, small-group, or customized instruction are non-refundable once scheduled.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled session and may be approved at the Company’s discretion. Additional fees may apply.

4. Law Enforcement / Military / Government Training

Training provided to law enforcement, military, or government entities is subject to separate contractual terms, purchase orders, or agency agreements. Where no separate written agreement exists, this Refund Policy applies.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or failure to meet agency participation requirements, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellations or Rescheduling by Valhalla Defense Group

Valhalla Defense Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to, including but not limited to:

  • Instructor availability

  • Weather or environmental conditions

  • Facility or range issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Force majeure events

In such cases, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A course credit for a future class

This constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy for course cancellation by the Company.

6. Eligibility, Safety, and Removal

No refunds or credits will be issued to any participant who:

  • Fails to meet legal, safety, or eligibility requirements

  • Fails to provide required identification or documentation

  • Is removed or dismissed for unsafe conduct, intoxication, or violation of instructor or range rules

7. Digital Products and Materials

All sales of digital content, online materials, or downloadable resources are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Valhalla Defense Group directly prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper or unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Disqualification from future training

  • Recovery of chargeback fees and administrative costs to the extent permitted by Florida law

9. Force Majeure

Valhalla Defense Group shall not be liable for refunds, damages, or losses resulting from delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, natural disasters, or public safety restrictions.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Policy Modifications

Valhalla Defense Group reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
